Innius Grafana Datasource for innius sensors / kpi data.
A valid innius api-key is required to use this plugin.
To configure Innius’ latest dashboard version you need to perform the following two steps:
1. Create an API key in the innius Admin app
You firstly create an API key in the Admin app. You can do this by clicking on the menu button (1) in the top left corner and selecting the menu item “Company”.
This will guide you to the Company details page. Select the API keys tile. Click on the (2) icon and select “Generate API key”.
Give the API key a descriptive name. In this example we use “Grafana”. Click on the button “Generate” (3).
The following screen will appear. Copy or download the API key using one of the icon buttons (4). You will need this API key in the second step “Load the innius plugin in the Dashboard app”
2. Load the innius plugin in the Dashboard app.
The second step is to start the dashboard app. This can be done from the menu in the header of the screen by selecting “Dashboards” (5).
The dashboard app will start. Select “Data Sources” (6) from the Configuration menu. Choose the tab Data sources.
Press “Add data source” (7) to add the Innius data source. Search for “Innius data source”.
Press the button “Select” (8), and the Innius data source will be loaded.
In the field “API Key”(9), copy the API key generated in step 1 of this document; “Create an API key in the innius Admin app”, and press the button “Save & Test”.
When you see the message “Data source is working”, you can start creating your first Dashboard.
